With over 90 arts & craft vendors and 18 food booths, the Lions Shrimp Festival Expo is an exciting, diverse, fun-filled destination held the 2^nd weekend of March, on Ft. Myers Beach at Lynn Hall Park.

With an array of hand crafted jewelry and accessories, blown glass and wooden sculptures, children’s games and books, lawn ornaments and furniture, there are items to meet most people’s desires. Many of the vendors will be making their items while the fair is in process allowing for "customizing". The Expo is a great place to find that unique gift for that special person.

Food items range from funnel cakes and other deserts to shrimp, gyros, shish ka bobs, fish, chicken, pizza, and a dozen other items that are sure to please the palate.

EXPO EXHIBITOR RULES 

1. All 10’ x 16’ sites for non-food, $230.00 entry fee. Full payment due by Feb. 1, 2012.

   Please note all spaces have 10’ frontage and are 16’deep.

   Food vendors must contact the Lions Foundation for information.

2,      All vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs and racks.

3.      Each vendor is responsible for collecting and paying the Florida Sales Tax.
         The Lions Foundation pays the tax on the entry fee.

4.       All exhibits and vendors MUST be set up Saturday morning by 8:00 AM.

The bridge to the Beach will close at 9:00 AM for the Shrimp Festival Parade.

All exhibits will remain up and running and will not be taken down until the end of the Festival Expo on Sunday, March 11. Nighttime security will be provided.

Festival Hours are 10:00 AM to dusk on Saturday, March 10, and 10:00 AM till 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 11. 

5. Unless prior arrangements are made, no electricity will be provided to exhibitors.

   There is a $25.00 charge for electricity which is extremely limited at the park. 

6. No T-shirts, Hats or Visors can be sold with any reference to Shrimp Festival.  

   The Lions Club sells the only official Shrimp Festival Shirts and Hats as a fundraiser.

   Bottled water is only to be sold by the Lions club as a fund raiser.  

7. Friday night (March 9) set up is available between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM  All vendors, crafts and food alike must be out of the park by 11pm Sunday night. No exceptions!

   (PLEASE NOTE: NO PETS AND NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE COUNTY PARK. SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE LIONS CLUB.)

8. Vendors must provide pictures of their craft items and list all items sold.  

    9.   All vendors, crafts and food alike must be out of the park by 11pm Sunday night. No exceptions! You must      clean  your area after the show on Sunday. The park does not provide trash service. This includes, but  not limited to: boxes, nylon ties, and wrapping material.  

 10.    Spaces will first be given to crafters making their own items as opposed to resellers.
