EXPO EXHIBITOR RULES
- All 10’ x 16’ sites for non-food, $159.00 entry fee. Full payment due by Feb. 1, 2008.
- All vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs and racks.
Please note all spaces have 10’ frontage and are 16’deep.
Food vendors must contact the Lions Foundation for information.
3. Each vendor is responsible for collecting and paying the Florida Sales Tax.
The Lions Foundation pays the tax on the entry fee.
4. All exhibits and vendors MUST be set up Saturday morning by 8:00 AM.
The bridge to the Beach will close at 9:00 AM for the Shrimp Festival Parade.
All exhibits will remain up and running and will not be taken down until the end of the Festival Expo on Sunday, March 9. Nighttime security will be provided.
- Festival Hours are 10:00 AM to dusk on Saturday, March 8, and 10:00 AM till 5:00 PM on Sunday, March 9.
- Unless prior arrangements are made, no electricity will be provided to exhibitors.
- No T-shirts, Hats or Visors can be sold with any reference to Shrimp Festival.
- Friday night (March 7) set up is available between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM
- Vendors must provide pictures of their craft items and list all items sold.
There is a $25.00 charge for electricity which is extremely limited at the park.
The Lions Club sells the only official Shrimp Festival Shirts and Hats as a fundraiser.
Bottled water is only to be sold by the Lions club as a fund raiser.
(PLEASE NOTE: NO PETS AND NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE COUNTY PARK. SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE LIONS CLUB.)

10. Please clean your area after the show on Sunday. The park does not provide trash service. This includes, but not limited to: boxes, nylon ties, and wrapping material.

At this time there is no parking allowed on the road in front of the park. Please arrange parking prior to showing up on Friday.
