begins 10 am Saturday March 10 Route runs about 1 mile on Estero Blvd from Wachovia Bank N. to the foot of Matanzas Pass Bridge.
Please arrive by 8am as bridge will close at 9 sharp til parade ends approximately 12 noon.

Dear Participants,
The 54th annual Shrimp Festival Parade will be held on Saturday March 10, 2012. The Fort Myers Beach Lions Club is extending this invitation to participate in the event.
The route is approximately 1.25 miles in length, starting at School Street and proceeding north on Estero Boulevard to the Matanzas Pass Bridge.
Any debris left by an entrant along the parade route will be expected to be cleaned up by said entrant.
The entry fees help defer the costs of permitting, police, trophies and parade staging facilities.
Plan to be on Estero Island by 8AM. All participants must be over the Matanzas Pass Bridge before it’s closing at 9AM.
LINE UP STAGING AREA: PULL OFF EXTERO BLVD ONTO SCHOOL STREET, PROCEED TO THE CORNER TO GET YOUR NUMBER AND LINE UP SPOT.
